Dislikes

While I value my role as a duty doctor at Srikara Hospital, there are a few aspects I find challenging. The high patient volume sometimes limits the time I can spend with each patient, hindering thorough discussions about their conditions. Additionally, administrative tasks occasionally detract from patient care. Despite these challenges, I appreciate the opportunity to continuously improve my time management skills and find innovative ways to balance patient interactions with administrative responsibilities. The overall positive environment and the chance to positively impact patients' lives make these challenges manageable and worth overcoming.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
