l Worst leave rules, often changing the college timing, no remuneration for university theory, and practical exam invigilation duties. For me, they did not provide a separate table cabin they forced me to sit in the lab for controlling all dept students like bouncers in the pubs. I didn't tell this tragedy to the higher-level officials so management did not aware of this incident. A couple of times I have requested to provide a separate table like what all other faculties are used but they did not. It's purely done by the HOD and AHOD.

The only thing is we can get our salary on the first week of every month but their work culture is hectic. For NBA work they will make us stay up to 8 PM daily and we have to work on Sundays also without CCL or any leave benefits. HODs are very tuffest persons than chairman. They only makethe faculty members into hell.
