Very nice environment place.All colleagues are very good and co -operative.Working in sri sri tattva was a very well experienced and also has a good growth for employees.

I am not disliking but in sri sri tattva salary growth and personal growth both are below average.So it will be very good to work for employees if company decide to give good salary , growth and personal satisfaction in job then a employee will give more time and attention growth for company.

Everything is on time as monthly Salary, Expenses etc.

Increment and promotion not possible here, Top management rolling continuously so there is no stability here anymore. You may spend here 1 year or more only.

The company is not at all open to innovation and new ideas, you will start hating the fact that you a part of a sabotaged, blind folded company where the senior employees don't have any idea of the corporate world. They will make you suffer everyday for joining an organization who only beliefs in an hour meditation and various paid courses and trust me your appraisal will depend on the same. The colleagues are mostly from the Art if Living who has never worked in any other company. You can only survive if you are a devotee of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Dislikes

No appraisal, no compensation. They will make you work for more than 10 hours with no extra hours pay or comp off. Too much politics within the organization. No on job training.

There is no job security in this company. No ethics, they want only primary everymonth without any reason's and market conditions.

Dislikes

I will not recommend.to anyone for job. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, Salary is decent but career growth is zero. More selfish internal politics in the senior management level.
