Yes,work culture is very good.All office staff very cooperative.Job was secured.company policies very good.overall I like Sri Sri Academy.

Not getting salary timely .I got every month salary 6.5k to 7 k.but in appointment letter salary was 10 k per month.

Staff and teaching non teaching staff had been a great support and cooperative to me. Secy Mrs. Prachi Agarwal is well discipline lady. We liked each other thoughts and ideas. Mr Naresh Agarwal, Director of the school is clue less for school and not recommended for school, but he is agood businessman. Principal is too soft and mortherly in nature. With my experience of 7 years as offg chairman and administrator I had formulated sops and functional regulations for school to conduct, now it's up to them to follow.

Mgt is clue less about school functioning. Moreover they need to polish their behaviours towards staff and teachers. Politics must not occur in behaviour

It is a workplace that never makes us stressed. As part of this institution we always have a good team who always renders wholehearted cooperation which adds on to our enthusiasm in putting our 100% in our duties. Hats off to all our members of SSA family for being so passionate in work and for the true dedication. Prayers for ALL for the success in all endevours. Jai Gurudev

Wish to have staff tour including only the school staffs atleast for one day to cheer ourselves, which has never happened.

Too much politics. Administrator doesn't know anything about administration but still he is in the post because he is from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's ashram.

There is no growth no learning opportunity very minimal increament overall not good culture.
