There no recognition of who really work hard, training program really excellent! If they changed current supervisors who work only verbal & intentionally finding only complaints purposes of going next level, also if they encourage who really work hard especially staff nurse...this hospital will b next level ...

Here there is no job security! No sufficient salary for living banglore... They also should consider worth of staff nurses... Every bsc nurse they spending hardly 1 lakh per year for education...

Doctors, Owner of the hospital.

Dislikes

Poor HR management. Compulsion to do Overtime but not payed. Nasty politics. No increment After leaving job EL amount not payed completely. HR is getting involved in everything in place of HOD.

Good collegues. Good infrastructure. New equipment and lab set up. Good immediate supervisor.

Dislikes

No appraisal policy in place. No Promotions Stagnant career growth HR department does not provide any payslips. They are the worst department in the building. Zero support.

I have been here in shankara since three years now. The work culture is the best i have seen. Its a very friendly environment. My entire department is like a family. We share and care for each other very well.

Dislikes

There is nothing i dislike here. At times feels a little long hours. But with the support i get each time it never feels a burden
