As a person with great passion for teaching I entered this institution as a PhD grad. Here are a few activities that I did 1. Buying plumbing items for hostel (Plumber will not go and only an AP will be asked to go) 2. Looking after the transport activities (filling diesel, maintenence) 3. Buying weedicides for the college garden and supervising the gardener do his job. 4. Visiting the RTO office to collect fine Challan 5. Go to the farms owned by the management and supervise the works there 6. Look after the cleanliness of the buildings And many more.

There is no job security, very worst work culture even when comparing with low graded engineering college Hitler management, company policy is to make no policy for employees. No staff retention. It leads improper data maintenance and management.

Dislikes

Improper planning of work given by superiors, expectation of performing several task at a time leads inefficiency of work and time. Superiors insisting to do product development, but it may be differ from their research area.
