Very Bad Management Single Person how to Manage, And Not Much Single Person Skilled Top Level Staff So Be Aware Management ,Not to Know About Work and he will be Manager, So Sad in Kanpur Dehat Site Status. I left Job Because of Manager Attitude Not Know About Civil Department Work ,he is itself Mechanical Engineer ,not Much Experienced and he is a PM .
