Learning. I have learnt tremendously in this Company. Management personally focuses on training the employees either directly, through Supervisors or External Coaches for the performing employees. For non performing employees, continuous efforts are taken to handle their concerns and give them an opportunity to do better. Learning is the key. I have been with the Company from 15+ years and I have learnt so much technical content across divisions that none of my peers have gotten even in big companies.
