Old employees domination. They don't give the enough importance to our knowledge and experience.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Some times ,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Friendly co-workers. Good managers and staffs except the HR department. Good learning place. Except HR dprt every is ok in this company

Dislikes

Increment and on roll confirmation is not done on time. HR department is not ready to work as per norms. They dont respond to the employee, they acts like they are the head of the plant.
