There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Some times ,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Friendly co-workers. Good managers and staffs except the HR department. Good learning place. Except HR dprt every is ok in this company

Dislikes

Increment and on roll confirmation is not done on time. HR department is not ready to work as per norms. They dont respond to the employee, they acts like they are the head of the plant.

People here working think they are the boss... Worst timings... We have to work for company 24/7 but they won't consider about our salry ,.. they need their growth ,.. Not the employees...
