Job security for teaching staffs will be good. Salry will be given on time. Peaceful area to work.

Departmental politics wil be high. If you are an alumni of the same college, you can expect any respect from staffs you will be treated like student.

Iam a student at Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College. This was one of the best college you can see around in coimbatore. And the name can help you to find good job in coimbatore. Below are the cons: 1. For IT,CSe, Ece, EIE there is a good placements, lots of companies visit for this departments. 2.skill development. There are many skills you can develop here side by side. Like there is Salesforce certification training going on, ML, AI, lots of trainings. You can get help from staffs also here. 3. Lineant correction of exam papers. 4. Good watchmans at entrance 5. Helpful placement coordinator

1. During placement season the training will be hectic. 2. If you are in mech, civil, eee the companies are very less visiting for this departments 3. Bus are not that much good. 4. Canteen is somewhat small 5. No culturals or any other functions, which one can enjoy in psg, kumaraguru. 6. Most staffs are strict.

This is the perfect workplace for Lecturers those who want to learn, teach and research. The institution enhances innovative and collaborative research in all domains. I love this busy working environment with healthy competition.
