Nothing says about, no.1 very worst management system, very low paying salary, don't join it, this bloody beggers sucks our blood, incase of any injury no free of cost, no discount this is the Narayani, ⚕️💊 please don't join this

It's really waste because this hospital is full and full of politics very worst infrastructure, no one and ask you what are you do no learning opportunities

It's good hospital one who is willing to balance both personal n professional life.. as working hours is fixed for 8 hrs.. not toxic.

As it is a multispeciality hospital the process of getting something new to your department takes its own time.. not like private which LL be done next day..it has to go through lot of approval just like govt things...

Hospital maintains the traditional culture like God trust and worship that builds up the more confident to treatment taking patients.

They won't give the priority of study Eg: There is any other department having staff shortage candidate recruit in that department by compulsion.

Myself as Anaesthesiologist- I got good career growth & learning. Though am fresher, I was given good chances & confidence from anaesthesia department

Dislikes

Dislike is one & only So called surgeon Ba...ji, he got lot of ego towards freshers & young ppl. His main target is medical officers & fresher anaesthesia ppl. He forgot he was also once a medical officer & also fresher. Oh god give him nice lesson, from any individual. He must realise his mistakes/ ego/ sadist towards other young/ fresher doctors soon.
