...ive. Two years have passed, I still feel more energetic to work in this concern. One thing I like to appreciate is their salary commitment. Our salary is credited on or before the 5th of every month and that is quite helpful for women like me who are financially independent. Thanks to the management for being prompt.

There are no cons to mention about this organization. Feels perfect in all aspects.

The way they lie about their company the time of hiring. Even more experienced will believe those words are true.

... is different. You will feel like in school if interact with them after joining. They are treating their trainees with no respect or good salary or work life balance.

Happy to work with SMI. They have kept their promise regarding the salary payment they made at the time of my interview. They have committed to credit my salary on or before 5th of every month and till today they are following the same.

Bond but they call it service agreement. And by all means they’ll break it. But we can’t. Leave policy. If you are your manager’s favourite you’ll be given all the perks. If not no. No promotions no matter how much effort you put. Managerial politics. Damnnn they play favourites! No medical coverage. Not even this is done. Job security is worst. They are expecting low paid inters all their life. HR team is a bunch of jokers. Literally have only 3 or 4 in their HR team and they all behave like some pre kg school teachers. With freaking damaged English and work ethics. They expect girls to never get married or pregnant. If they do they’ll fire them no prior notice No cafeteria Poor cabs Still uses old technologies. Have no clue why they are afraid to upgrade Only people above 35 to 40 who have no other job opportunities and want to settle in Madurai are here. Can’t expect IT culture here. And they don’t deserve people with Good language, attitude and work ethics. They still call they’re colleagues Ji and not by their name. His knows why?!
