Long Post Alert !!! If you want to have a good career DO NOT JOIN HERE If you need a job just to fulfil your daily expenses then this is perfect .. They will not give increments even you performed well. After interview they will you assign an area and force you to work without proper training Company O&M Mr.Jemsheed is very rude person to handle . He will scold by using very very unethical words . If you are recently completed Degree/Diploma and due to financial issues you have to settle a job quickly means you can just join here till you get the next job . This company not meant to permanent job We are working for Indus Towers but Indus FSE and AOMs don't even care about your health and safety . They will instruct to attend sites even in crucial situations. All they just talk about safety in document level only. They will not provide experience letter after relieving . You have to catch a new person for your area if you are planning to relieve Do not give your original certificates in office . They will not give an acknowledgement that your certificates are submitted in company You will never grow knowledge on anything . You have to do whatever they like to as a daily wager Think before you Join here and thanks for reading

I had a great time there , my teammates are very supporting and was earning good incentives,work life was good a got to learn how the people are in market and learnt how to talk to people.

Some people in market are very unsatisfactory .
