lot to say few of them are 1.HR initiative:The Department lacks efficiency and proactiveness.Their initiative to support the employees are minimal(nil) and poorly executed.Thay are miscommunicate the information between in employees and managemnt. 2.Full and final settlement:The company has not settle the departing employees F&F .which is frustrating and impact trust.The smooth outgo of departing employees also not possible. 3.Workculture:The overall work culture is modarate. Think before you selecting the company from Ex Project Head.
