Sri krishna sweet. It is a good platform of my carrier. So many thing learn in this place.i love to customer service orient company that's way i chose sri Krishna sweets.

It's job wise like salary perpuse only to no growth, no development, simply i learn for my ownself.but llittle bit i learn like job .that was i say never enter again to these type of company.they never carried and think about a staff.they also to follow castisism so i left.

All statutory compliance maintenance to be met was learnt and also developing ability to face government various department inspections.. got to develop good rapport with concerned officials..

Dislikes

Best example how shabby a family run business could be and good place to learn how an Office and its culture should NOT be!!! Biased policies affecting the eligible benefits and other compensations. Management (The family) trusts only a few bunch of people; in turn these people are misguiding the management for their comfort and benefits.

Even though Company has clear, good intentions with innovative methods to maintain healthy customer relationship & novel marketing strategies but yet to turn around as a 100% professional management Firm.This could certainly be seen as the main weakness and could have negative impact on the reputation & Growth of the company. An humble submission: Hire a highly qualified dynamic professional with independent charge viz.a).Authority,b)Responsibility & c)Accountability to head the Corporate affairs & build up second line & third line,preferably from younger generation not only to re-establish the image in the Market but also enhance substantial profitability.Good luck!

By arranging orientation courses in TAMIL,in work culture,devotion to duty,sincerety very importantly team work,mutual love & Respect ,communication skills & Customer relations.Hygene,Cleanliness inbuilt in the system.These qualities when developed, one's Character automatically grows multi fold.Thus Honesty becomes habitual & needs no proof.
