Not interested to work . Also I will not suggest any one to join the company. Except salary u will not get anything

Finance department Sr Manager is not at all good person, his behaviour is very roude. He feels himself as the promoter of the company, u can't feel security under that person, that's why no body is joining under him, if anyone joined like me will resign with in short term. HR person also not supportive. F & F u should forget,
