Somehow they supported us by partial salary for thrice the work than usual.

1. During the pandemic situation college management got work from us but not paid salary (May 2020), one of us spoke about, management asked him to resign, the worst part is it asked to pay three month salary to return his certificate. 2. During that time it asked me to come college and handle the online class. I said I can work fro home. Just think, what is the point in going that far and handling online class? 3. The real worse thing is it asked to prepare video notes to the students by downloading from youtube and other websites, Downloading from youtube is not permitted. We explained this many times but management was not listening and asked to resign if we don't do that. 4. Only partial salary was paid to the us after June to September 20 even though the work was very hard than usual.

...ent. They don't reveal whether we are hired for permanent or temporary position. They just get their work done by us without paying salary. During Covid-19, they didn't pay the salary to any staffs and treated everyone rudely.

Worst Job culture in the market,You'll start your work early in the morning and end up 3 or 4 hours after college time is over,Institutional development works are so much here to do

There is too much to like in this institution. I get to learn a lot of new things each and everyday. The work environment is pretty good. It is a good place to learn new things.

Financial growth is low.
