After corona their is no job security in this company. Work culture not good,due to some particular person, company policy not good. The company is a cheater.

25 % salary cut from salary. Tell me which company till now cut salary reason for corona. No increment, till now I jump other company and my CTC is similar before my 2 job left company .

The company is open to new talent and good management in projects and salaries are timely paid. I have good team in the projects and i am very thank full to company management.

Dislikes

Compensation is not much decent and there was huge pressure on engineers with short time goals. As for as the project (Dhanbad)concern team strength should be increased.
