After corona their is no job security in this company. Work culture not good,due to some particular person, company policy not good. The company is a cheater.

25 % salary cut from salary. Tell me which company till now cut salary reason for corona. No increment, till now I jump other company and my CTC is similar before my 2 job left company .

The company is open to new talent and good management in projects and salaries are timely paid. I have good team in the projects and i am very thank full to company management.

Dislikes

Compensation is not much decent and there was huge pressure on engineers with short time goals. As for as the project (Dhanbad)concern team strength should be increased.

Work and life balance is very good. Every thing is good here. You may learn and improve your skills here, you may practice and mak balance your life too here.

Only one thing is to be think that promotion and increment policy is not good here. It must be improve.

Whenever you want to go to a good company, you also will have a good offer, the HR here will not let you go.... And when the company no longer needs you, it will exit by giving you 2 days' notice.
