I have never worried about my job security in 3 years of job as a physics faculty,big thing is that no politics in atmosphere everyone is professional.

I did not get any Increment from last three years so it’s better don’t compromise with expected salary when you are joining institute.

...r months together, which now is seem to be helpless. ..which was unbelievable. After all they have decided and are thinking to pay certain % of amount.

If any one from teaching department is talented,he/she will reward with the position and salary. I learned great subject after joining in this institution. Polacies are also very good for the teacher and others in this institutions.

Student interaction and our work is valued depends on student result. Good work environment and holidays are high equal to students.

The higher the work lower the salary. The lectures will not be used by studies but will be used more for admission purpose admission targets weekly target to lecturers starting October.

...cs . We should be punctual, sincere then only we can adjust in that institution. But only problem is salary not much higher than other corporate colleges.

During this pandamic COVID-19 SITUATION THEY REMOVE MOST OF OUR TEACHING JOBS AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN COMPENSATE AT LEAST30% SALARIES TO US.
