I have never worried about my job security in 3 years of job as a physics faculty,big thing is that no politics in atmosphere everyone is professional.

I did not get any Increment from last three years so it’s better don’t compromise with expected salary when you are joining institute.

...cs . We should be punctual, sincere then only we can adjust in that institution. But only problem is salary not much higher than other corporate colleges.

During this pandamic COVID-19 SITUATION THEY REMOVE MOST OF OUR TEACHING JOBS AND THEY COULD NOT EVEN COMPENSATE AT LEAST30% SALARIES TO US.

zero, they are paying 30% of salary from march. they terminated lot of lecturers. they never give any support to lecture

job security-zero career growth-zero salary- don't expect more travel and other allowances-zero innovation-zero work environment-completely domination work life- better become a vegetable man

Not providing salary from almost 10 months

... during covid days and till today, so many faculties lost the job including me..staying in home without any work and salary from almost 10 months.

They didn't payed salary also to employees in this covid time..and so many staff losses their job in this institutionss....really it's too bad to say like this but it's ture ,,one of biggest institutions in India but poor behaviour with staff
