There is now chance of getting security from Institute during lockdown period. They didn't even pay salary to most of the employees. They'll let u do the work but later on they'll say that sorry we didn't get the information there isn't any pay for you since the management instructed us. Only the senior most faculty gets the pay but remaining faculty doesn't get paid.

Working culture like the sub staff always needs to follow the higher ups even if you need to sacrifice ur identify

If any one from teaching department is talented,he/she will reward with the position and salary. I learned great subject after joining in this institution. Polacies are also very good for the teacher and others in this institutions.

zero, they are paying 30% of salary from march. they terminated lot of lecturers. they never give any support to lecture

job security-zero career growth-zero salary- don't expect more travel and other allowances-zero innovation-zero work environment-completely domination work life- better become a vegetable man

Sorry to say this. There is no support at all. No job security also. If a teacher has good teaching also there is no use.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is less compared to the classes we take.
