Chancellor sir Dr. Parmanandnan Subramanian is a very humble down to earth person. He gives respect to every teacher and treats them well. Dignity of a teacher is there. Chancellor sir also invests money in overall well-being of the teachers through medical policies, free medical check ups etc. Lavish lunch to teachers during teachers day and other important occasions. 10 days diwali break, 22 days summer break. Students are nice.

... silly in the name of policy which is obviously not in the interest of employee. Moreover, they only know one and the only way to get anything done- deduct the salary. Less no. of CLs, only 2 gazetted holidays in a year.

...cy for employee leaves, whenever the management decides, they revoke the leaves. The management treis to find out ways for imposing LWP(Leave with out Pay) on employees. 2. Lack of HR Policy and Employee Welfare: Delay in providing appointment letter to employees. Most employees are in contractual payroll. Not granting 7th pay commission, they will even not give you a confirmation letter (as people have sued them in the past for pay discrepancy). Being an MBA university, HR is the worst dept in the entire fraternity. 3. Buttering Up: People who knows how to please the upper management enjoys all the benefits and perks which they are not even eligible for. The only way to success over here is try to please the top management as your "Malik". 4. Worst Leave Policy: Least count of leaves for employees compared to others. Even National Holidays like Gandhi Jayanti and Eid-ul-Fitter are working days. -All your CL and Medical Leaves are on Pro-rata basis and CL doesn't gets carry forwarded. -If you extend any holiday with your CL, the entire period is marked as LWP. -Even Female employees doesn't get any Pregnancy leave, they are forced to resign or go on LWP. - If you manage to get a Compensatory leave you can take that only on working Saturdays and that will also expire within a month. -Faculties are imposed to check Beards and shoes of every students coming to college every morning , standing on the college gate.
