They Deduct salary for late coming after 2 minute. zero % job security they hire and fire you in 2 or 3 month. Top management is corrupt. HR department is the most corrupt and manipulated. No guidance and support for new employee. Bad work culture. all in short this is also one of Lala chaap organization. Dont join

...nners, she is always shouting on her team. Policy is not good. For 2 min late 0.33 of one day salary deduct. Salary payment date ,They always hold 10 day salary. Job is no t secure, if doner leave then they will fired employees. No bonus, in medical policy, family not covered. Absconding rate is higher, people take salary and run due to policy.

The travelling and meeting new people like government officials and teachers everyday train them and building their capacity are much most satisfactory that we are doing something for the society.
