The pay structure is good. You will get timely payment every month. And also the additional benefits are good.

Job security. Its contractual and every year on 31st of March your contract will get over. My experience is that their is lack of coordination among the management which impacts the overall project. And although they will say throughout the year that you are a part of the family , but at the end of the year the top management will stop responding and donnot even pick up the call. The management should focus more on quality rather than focusing on the quantity.

Everything is normal little beet politic but Everything is undercontrol .

As a trainer you get respect from government teachers and officers of education department

No job security, unprofessional attitude from head office, manager is only namesake and stops salary if you don't butter him

They Deduct salary for late coming after 2 minute. zero % job security they hire and fire you in 2 or 3 month. Top management is corrupt. HR department is the most corrupt and manipulated. No guidance and support for new employee. Bad work culture. all in short this is also one of Lala chaap organization. Dont join
