Very bad experience! Owner is illiterate doesn't know how to run a business. He doesn't provide even salaries on time, salaries are delayed 4-5 months, if you ask for that he says I am here to pay you a salary. Always talks rubbish all day, fake commitments, fake Promises. He is not a genuine person. Very cunning kind of person.

Nothing is to be discribe that is to be like in SRGP, office time not fixed.every employee come after 11 AM.

Never give salary on time, after completing three months you will be get it and senior management system isn't supported.

I have been given good exposure till the time Project head was there in the organisation but when MD, Mr. Raguraj Kanudia had taken charge of everything without being qualified in construction field. He gave the unrealistic timelines and budgets. Mr. Kanudia has number of business running in his mind all the time with no ground studies and expertise. He is an over ambitious person with zero talent. The only talent he has that he knew how to cheat people and make them fool.

...essionalism, bad-work ethics, late sitting, No SOPs, No goal orientation etc. I am highlighting one of the most important issue and that the 2-3 months delay in the salary, because of no reason just MD don't want to release it. Mr. Raghuraj Kanudia , the MD of the organisation wants to live luxury lifestyle on the hard earned money of their employees. My FNF has not been not paid since November 2017. I have given them many reminders over calls and email but all went unanswered and later i came to know that he had blocked my calls and emails.

strong in process and SOPs

Poor in implementation of projects and timelines. To much time wasted in meetings and formulating process and SOPs. Salary always delayed for two to three months. F&F is a major concerns.

the management is terrible, they tell you to work personally on professional profiles. misbehave, they try to assault the women employee over there. please be aware girls they provide you money just in exchange of your body.

Dislikes

salary high for selling yourself, girls are not safe they take respected interview and tell you to do something very wrong.
