It's a good company for Freshers,here they can build their knowledge in every field but don't expect to settle in this company for life time, facility is good, time to time salary they are given, increment every year. So overall it's a good company for Freshers.

career growth rate is vary slow, also salary is vary low, no body gives attention to your dedication and hard work,, which is a pain some time.

Managing Director is a very good person. He has an amazing personality. I have thoroughly enjoyed while working with him.

Dislikes

But the Accounts head is a terrible person. He does not have proper manners. Way of communication is third class. He spoils the working environment of SRG. Indeed a terrible person.

good working scope. good co workers/staff. management is also good. as company uses to work with high end corporates , there is a good opportunity to learn for all categories e.g. engineers, a/c, admin, store, purchase, logistic etc.

We have faced a vary difficult situation in the last few days during this lock down period, but we can't close the plant in any way,,many people stopped working due to covid-19 disease,, some of us were badly trapped there. but the company gave us all kind of facilities. such as the arrangement of food,drink, transportation, hand sanitizer, face mask, hand gloves, and health checkup etc. the company has also done a lot of work for awareness. so maybe we are safe yet.
