There is a lot of politics and the salary is also low. Proper training didn't given by H. R. . Heavy work, maximum over time and over time money is very low (60 to 65 rs. Per hour).

there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but growth is very slow. NMS and MS discrimination are too much very rud HR team. culture very avg. team work avg. policy are excellent but no one follows.

Good work environment and culture . teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good

Culture in terms of employee centric policies is degrading every year as change in Top Management has worsened the working conditions of the employees. Leaves are very little and limited as compared to other companies in the chemical industry
