My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). ...t is transparent. There ia a huge cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give so-so salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the salary is also low. Proper training didn't given by H. R. . Heavy work, maximum over time and over time money is very low (20 to 25 rs. Per hour).
