Nothing worst I have ever worked with. No policy of salary structure here Executive, Manager Sr manager, Chief Manager, VP , Sr. VP salary no parameter. No salary hike no appraisal for last 4 to 5 yrs

All are worst no salary structure no parameter based on the work allocation. No appraisal, No increment without going for proper review randlomly below rated the employee not to get their salary hikes

Job security is good apart from it there is no perks of working in this organization.

...ll a corporate culture still working in the babu culture like that of early 80s. compensation is really poor and middle management is very stubborn and hypocrites. Further growth opportunities are very limited until you are a boot licker.

SREI having excellent team and working with experienced team in order to source and to finance the customer. In terms of individual growth srei always stands as a good learning platform. For CME asset financing srei is altogether having good portfolio and customer backup for financing. Work enviornment is good and one can enjoy being a good work life balance in SREI.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. For entry level manager is also good. Srei always pays good as per experience of individual. Work pressure is also very high compared to any NBFC.

I am working with company from last 6 years and wiring environment of srei is very good all staff is very helpful and supportive. I always like family here.

Salary and promotion structure is not up to the market standards.

No proper work culture. No motivation given by employer, compensation is not match according to the work load by junior management. Only senior management take the fruit of the work. No proper appraisal.
