The politics where head sits with few colleagues and discusses the matters and discussions happens in staff room. Whereas tremendous works remain pending.

Some of the staff was incredible to have helped me throughout, also timings were an advantage.

Dislikes

The infrastructure could've been so much better, given the space they have. SALARIES SHOULD BE GIVEN ON TIME Senior management is clueless, conveniently declare they didn't know or its not in their hand for issues related to salaries and syllabus. Too bad.

I could develop a lot of skills in the field of teaching.I had a very nice experience in this college and could learn a lot of things from here.I could enjoy the working environment & my colleagues helped in my professional growth there .

Dislikes

The working time does not suits as it is from 9 am to 5 pm and they were not providing the staff bus facility. Also the admission is becoming poor .

Have had got good and supportive team to work with. As far education is good

Dislikes

Balancing job and family was tough to maintian as the working hours is very long. It's holding back our opportunity to learn new or to update the subject
