...yal Commission Hospital Jubail. The company does not care about employee growth. There is no salary increment even after working for 8-10 years. Instead of increasing salaries, they can reduce salary anytime without any reason. There is no job security and the management always supports the company, not employees. Indian workers are forced to work on low salaries without any negotiation. Company policies are totally against employees. This company is only good for temporary work, not for long-term career.

Its a very good company, but sometimes by management you will get your salary OT late.

They should do something for those who didn't return from India because of Covid19 they renew Iqama and call them back.

Salary on time, never reduces salary as mentioned in bond paper.

Poor management, mostly egyptian people in higher post who are illeterate, doesn't even speak English properly only arabic language, on many sites they provide poor accomodation doesn't give fridge, washing machine and also on site will force you to do extra work and if will not do will cut 2-3 days salary even your are doing your job but not doing extra.
