Strict office timings, even if an employee is 5 min late the HR deducts half day salary. Foul language and personal remarks used against staff by partners. No proper lunch timings. Expect to work from home on sundays also, no saturday off. Deepak and Rajesh Aggarwal are pathetic bosses who do not know how to behave, pass sarcastic and rude remarks. Openly drink liquor in evening in office, the environment is thoroughly toxic. They even ask employees if they drink alcohol and offer liquor bottles as incentive which is highly condemnable, cheap and atrocious conduct. Do not recommend this place for women at least. Informal and abusive language used by owners. Hire employee especially semi and qualified CA's/professionals for very short term basis especially during season and then force them to resign. They have strict incoming timings and no outgoing timings, make you work for 12 to 15 hours daily and pay peanuts. No guidance from partners and learning is zero in this firm. They mock you when you make mistakes. Never ever join this pathetic company.
