... for four years, and despite multiple follow-ups, the company has not responded. They also delayed salary payments during my time there. This was my first bad experience in my entire career journey, and I feel like I wasted my time and experience in this company. The lack of professionalism and support is very disappointing.

The Client Company work culture is nice

...amount of emi, but now it's been around 1 year no emi is given by them to me. 2. There salary cycle is 10th of every month which always gets delayed by 3 to 4 days in every month 3. You need to do constant followup for your own salary 4. Company HR and there managers didn't receive call neither they respond to your message quickly, repeated calls and messages are needed 5. They diduct PF from your salary bur they have not created our PF accounts yet or not used the previous PF accounts. And when asked about PF they say it will require more 4 to 5 months for the account and full amount will be created in lumpsum.

Flexible time schedule and using latest tech.

Dislikes

No hikes, poor salary, credit of salary sometimes irregular as well as you will get your pay slip 1 month later for the current month. Also no work life balance.

work from home, small organisation hence each individual has distinct roles and responsibilities, ample learning opportunities, people are cool and management does not micro-manage

appraisal isn't done on time, no compensation or benefits. salary isn't given on time no proper procedures are followed in the company.
