Horrible company for pay outs Promised a lot in interview but all bogus Work 6 days a week for 10 hours a day 9.30 check in but arriving at 9.35 is marked as half day payout Targets are un-achieveble No compensation for travel and have to travel to outskirts of Bangalore for site visit Sometimes have to work 7days a week without any comp offs Work life balance is shit Mangers say things not acceptable Expenditure is more than income

Nothing - All ZERO! They all are scammers misusing work force and harassing and abusing employees.

... these guys are just money minded and they will make money from your own Salary. you are promised for a better package however once you join you are harassed from the day one and they will not give you your basic salary. Most importantly, these guys first hire you with a good package in Dubai however your basic is just 500 Dirhams but remaining money comes as as special allowance and they deduct remaining money every month and you cant question them because you signed for 500 dirhams only and if you ask for a remaining money they will file a case against you stating that you took a loan from a company and you are failed to Pay the money. Managers like Saalem, Ankit and many others are useless and they will make you mad. They will also force you to sign a new bond anytime which is illegal in Dubai. During the operations, they will put you so much mental pressure so that you find business from the market under any cost no matter even if you loose your life. Micromanaging is normal for these people, you have to answer for every second and you have to share your live locations on whats app, you have to find a business for these people but they dont pay for your transportation and you lend up loosing your savings other than peanuts salary. i urge everyone who may be considering working for this company must careful evaluate their decision and potential risk involves where harassment is executed from top to bottom. Dont fall for these guys.

Working with Square yards was the biggest disaster of my career, - No work culture - Salary are not on time - No job satisfaction - HOD's are only here to yell, zero knowledge on ground realities - Highly paid HOD's (got from Bijus) with 2-3 years of work experience (no ground experience) - No job security - Mental harrasment - It's better one can work at a tea stall then working with such an unorganised company
