I don't think Upper management, HR. Big Boss did not know what actually happened in Kolkata Branch (in the year of 2017 April)Tremendous Politics, leg pulling, lobby culture always going on, every day when I entered the office, I thought it's my last date. there is no team bonding, no real estate project....... Ufff I will be there for request to all new comer don't be judgemental, COMPANY IS REALLY GOOD for new or experienced person, my written only based on those days.

Additionally, the full and final settlement process takes 90 days, yet after this period, the legal team becomes unresponsive. The HR department is primarily focused on recruitment and lacks efficiency in other areas. Overall, Square Yards is not a suitable workplace, particularly for female employees, due to its toxic work culture and lack of professionalism

but for all above opportunities they will not provide you any thing even not support, the will give you push for sale but for that they will not do any for you, even its a zero employee oriented company, so think twice before joining

If you are fresher please don't join... because as per your salary your work and working Time is Very much...no work life balance... company gives 2 days leave but in actually it's only one...salary holding, putting pressure and no respect for employees in terms of their leaves and sickness.. Also no job security when you are not performing for few days...
