...s where there is no respect for the employees and the leader abuses his juniors. There is no fixed timing for coming and going to office in Square Yards, salary is not received on time and you do not get your full money. Very bad experience in Square Yards

The salary is initially presented with the promise of substantial incentives, but upon joining, employees realize that the reality is quite different. Many projects are unappealing to buyers due to issues such as the absence of RERA approval and stalled construction. The work environment is highly unprofessional, with many employees showing little interest in career development and instead engaging in office gossip and inappropriate behavior. Certain individuals, such as Ayush—who constantly chants Har Har Mahadev yet has no hesitation in being deceitful—and Sachin—who, despite being engaged to his longtime girlfriend, is more focused on pursuing female colleagues—exemplify the toxic culture. The company frequently hires candidates in large numbers to create an illusion of expansion but later struggles to pay salaries, resulting in mass terminations. Additionally, the full and final settlement process takes 90 days, yet after this period, the legal team becomes unresponsive. The HR department is primarily focused on recruitment and lacks efficiency in other areas. Overall, Square Yards is not a suitable workplace, particularly for female employees, due to its toxic work culture and lack of professionalism

If you are fresher please don't join... because as per your salary your work and working Time is Very much...no work life balance... company gives 2 days leave but in actually it's only one...salary holding, putting pressure and no respect for employees in terms of their leaves and sickness.. Also no job security when you are not performing for few days...

1. Politics is on high level. 2. Manager hire girls who is good looking for starting his relationship and they do help in sales like they give him a free sale of someone else and owner of that lead even don't comes to know what happens with their clients. 3. Manager says you will not follow companies rules all have to follow how I wanted you all to work. 4. Even after showing leave on portal managers gives the warning to come office else they exit us. 5. Managers hold the Incentives as well. 6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager. 7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe. 9. Their are lots of thing to improve and also managers say bad words to company CEO and Co-founder.

Everything about the company was so toxic it’s still like a nightmare to me still. * You go 30mins late that’s a half day * You eat a Non veg meal and breakfast in their food court your 1/3 day salary gone * No one is leaving before a 10hr shift
