NO. 1 pathetic real estate company Salary deductions, No incentives, toxic management No work life balance. No payment security No good culture. Toxicity and very pressure from day one There is nothing to like about the company.it is Byju's part 2 Majority of the employees are from byju's which makes the work culture toxic.too much favoritism and politics.no allowance,unwanted deductions and false promise with the package.crowd is too cheap. Everything toxic environment The worst experience of my life. Not at all a corporate company. Terrible experience Everything. Every Team leader Abusing on employees and toxic environment Bad culture, no benefits. Bad language used from hierarchy to their juniors. Mentally harrasment is most common thing here. Everything is terrible ,not a good place to work no salary on time no overtime pay They doing very unprofessional things with me No traveling allowance No mobile allowance Office politics is on peak here Salary date is 10th of every month If they have to remove on their system no warnings will be given to you on your last month they shokingly exit you from company on 9th of next month so they make sure you don't get last month salary Poor work culture TOP to DOWN and no longevity of sustainable DEVELOPMENT or career Not a job security and any kind of support to senior company working culture is all about pollitics Working is not good not following rules and regulations 😡 You can say everything, there will no skills development, they only harrassing you in different ways, your personal life will be no more..Join any other company but never this bad company There is nothing new you can learn there only you can have fake day dreams It's a Very Horrible company. Salary offers made not as ler government laws spwcially in international markets. Apart of appraisals people can have demotions in just 3 months of joining. No clear picture of policies at the time of joining.

Working with Square yards was the biggest disaster of my career, - No work culture - Salary are not on time - No job satisfaction - HOD's are only here to yell, zero knowledge on ground realities - Highly paid HOD's (got from Bijus) with 2-3 years of work experience (no ground experience) - No job security - Mental harrasment - It's better one can work at a tea stall then working with such an unorganised company

...ating from India. The commissions are the best part of the Real Estate Industry. The vibe of the place is happening, as everyone on the floor is working on incentives, and salary is just a by-product. Would highly recommend it for enthusiastic, High risk and High reward individuals. I hope the review helps the new employees joining after Dec 2021, as the company is soon going to go public. They have stock options as well for good performing staff. Salaries are on time and management is the greatest asset based on my experience in the Mumbai branch.

Certain individuals, such as Ayush—who constantly chants Har Har Mahadev yet has no hesitation in being deceitful—and Sachin—who, despite being engaged to his longtime girlfriend, is more focused on pursuing female colleagues—exemplify the toxic culture. The company frequently hires candidates in large numbers to create an illusion of expansion but later struggles to pay salaries, resulting in mass terminations. Additionally, the full and final settlement process takes 90 days, yet after this period, the legal team becomes unresponsive. The HR department is primarily focused on recruitment and lacks efficiency in other areas. Overall, Square Yards is not a suitable workplace, particularly for female employees, due to its toxic work culture and lack of professionalism
