...een in all my years (8 Hours per Day) and the work week is 5 days (40 Hours). 5)The freshly brewed office coffee and free gym facilities in the building are an added bonus. 6) The company cares about you during a crisis. Bonus Information: They did take care of us during covid, by paying for our & our family's vaccinations, getting covid insurance, also letting us work from home and without any pay cuts.

Dislikes

1) We had a hybrid system in the past which saved a lot of commute time and increased productivity for people living far, but that was removed completely. 2) All saved paid leaves are not carried forward & cannot be encashed, only 8-12 leaves get carried forward. 3) Appraisal and promotions take a lot of time to process and implement after the expected time when they are supposed to be taken into consideration, sometimes months after, sometimes a year, but do get done eventually. 4) PMS is wonky, with unrelated performance judging criteria for some teams. 5) Sometimes externals are promoted over you and/or you are not at all promoted. 6) Sometimes negative feedbacks are completely lost in translation before reaching their intended destination.

The company is good in terms of culture, no politics and people are friendly and helpful. They have flexible working hours. There is no proper management in terms of increments and other benefits. Not much to learn. Good for the short term. Do not see a future in working long term.

No job security: The company overnight laidoff employees under the name of no funds. No increment given for more than a year. Some people have bad attitude. They belong to higher management. Many employees left coz of them as well before layoff.

1. Partiality between employees where the non technical teams are given a lot of freedom and perks and the others are forced to follow all rules 2. HR do not care about employees, unless you are in their good books 3. Increments are not given in a timely manner or according to your work, its given in a generic way across the board 4. Company is not at all employee centric but shows off that it is.

The Company environment is Good the Team Managers are also good. You can learn allot about real estate of pune here

Dislikes

Incentive never gets on time, they dont have any genuine leads, you have to call you any random number over there, around after 450+ dail call you get 200 or nearby connected. PF transfers gets very late i need to drop a mail from January to May and the i got my PF in my account of 6months. So policies of incentive criteria are hidden they will inform you about it when you will not get your incentives.
