Every thing. They dont provide a good salary acc to the work. Also if u r working in any mission.. suddenly they shut off that and u r jobless. Also misssions availbility is not there and no one from the team will hear this.

- Skilled Engineers are present - Compensation is good - Can learn a lot of things

Dislikes

- Senior Management is bad, they don't have an idea how to run the company. - No job security, constant, sudden Silent layoff, once they finish one side of the product, they layoff people - Company revenue is very low, and they are not able to grow and scale. - Culture only exists in the books and doesn't actually represent in employee benefits. - Unlimited leave policy exists but that makes you feel guilty for talking leaves.

Office Politics Forced to come to office, most members didn't turn up, end working virtually from office that could have be done from home Took away internet Reimbursements

I got a job in squadrun in my very tough times..and it had help me to earn a good amount...it's very comfortable to work with squadrun..the work culture is good..

Dislikes

Squadrun has reduced UCC mission coins..and have stopped giving EE bonus..which is the most disliking thing..have closed groups..so how can't ask questions...exception google meet
