Squad forging will ruin the life and knowledge of an employee.. One man, AVP Handles every thing here, that man has no knowledge at all, just beats around bush and show his command and dominanacy.. What can you expect from a AVP who worked only in Belgaum local company all his life.. . If any employee shows his mistakes then that employee gets tortured like anything until he quits.. Just shouting on all employees all the time even in shop floor.. It's one man show.. No talent, only buckets survive here

The person ie GM is behave like boss not leadership quality. Killer in nature he want develop himself and not lift others he is using marketing skill and applying same for his growth. His politics in the organisation so many people lost their jobs .Management look into this very seriously either company wants to develop and good name in market or continue this person and loose their faith in market .
