Good people to work, work life balance is good

Dislikes

Salary growth is all depend on your line manager whoever makes extra personal effort will get good appraisals, rest will get the average percentage, training learning is only on papers. Internal politics is done by the people who are not eligible to work in MNC.

Great work culture. Good company to work only if you are working as a contigent i.e contract worker then benefits like leaves and medical insurance are less. But best culture with best people.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Only that for contigent worker to get payroll opportunities is just like near to zero percent.

Job security is the best part. Not much pressure even if you are in direct sales Work life balance is good

Appraisal are limited and no much information is shared about it. Favoritism and office politics is something you cannot escape

Still people are not well worsed with Technology which is being transferred from EMEA, No canteen, No transport, No family gatherings etc
