This is a fraud company in Newtown please do not join here....I have been worked for 1 month before salary date they will terminate you without any reason any discussion or any proof... Very Bad experience in terms of Salary part & TA DA part. PF Still not released due to last working date not updated on pf portal. Last 2 months Salary hold & not given January 22 & Feb 22. Overall experience is bad.

The MD is the only positive part of Spurvy .He has excellent knowledge .

Dislikes

No proper out time ,sat sun duty but no extra pay .no software use still data base on excel. Job security is zero.PF ESI deducted but not deposited. Extreme politics .

The management is good and helpful.

Dislikes

I didn't find any career growth during the time I worked with them as they used to recruit their family members in higher positions. Although the overall experience working with them was good.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
