Horrible manager/BU leaders. No opportunity for growth. Bad peers not of any help. Small projects (read small random international client to random vendor to Spurtree) Stalled growth with no learning. Annoying managers who doesnt understand personal space and pesters employees on personal number for silly doubts. Overall very very Bad experience.

Bad work place no ethics and no basic respect for employees. Highly money minded and narrow minded managers who only think of getting work done at any cost and will pester you with multiple calls on personal numbers as they dont have any knowledge to do their jobs and are just agents who are there to get the project going.

Hardly anything. The bosses bend over for their customers to get screwed every single time.

Lack of encouragement. Panic firing at the first sign of trouble, no internal process for anything at all right from HR, Finance, Management to others.

1. Mangement are trash, need to find better dusbin to throw them. 2. They give chicken feed as increment after doing plenty of work for full day and night and they say you are good employee. 3. No employee centric policy. 4. Apologize they don't have policies. 5. People are promoted from every corner of the organization basis on their spoiled ethics and how good they can torture their employees. 6. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE : People of my designation have been asked to work for weekend, because of urgent delivery and production bug. 7. Senior are not at all supportive, if something get disruptive then going to blame you that for sure. 8.Get ready to have client work on weekend, after work done no recognition and cherishing. 9.God save us from this kind of HR, after you leave this annihilate company, then you are no one to them. After several call and mail, they will do nothing for f&f settlement. 10. My bad, this company HR, don't know what is f&f settlement.They conveys you that revealing letter is F&F settlement. 11. No growth only favouratisam is there. mark my words. 12. On Covid lockdown, they deducted huge amount of money with extreme work load and fear of layoff. Advice to Management My advice Sit at home open a tea shop but do not join this company

Very good place for learning all types of tools machines, lab facility I gain lot of knowledge now I am utilising it everyone should work here for became a great mechanical engineer
