1) No brand name 2) Industry considers you in negative light, does not consider you from Automotive industry but a cycles company from Ludhiana 3) It affects your career with poor opportunities 4) No work life balance 5) No employees from IITs and IIMs, everyone leaves within 6-12 months 6) Owner interference at all levels 7) Employees made to work 6-7 days a week 8) Plant is in a remote location with no public transport and facilities 9) Very poor salaries and increments 10) People in corporate office are not even given permanent seats to sit 11) They do not even have basic HR policies, they use what they can get from Hero
