It's management...... Sallery increment and low standard..... No canteen no any special allowances very low basics in sallery

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year.

Compensation is decent, but Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as the dispatched date is near and I have to ensure that the product goal is achieved and they did not provide any transportation facility and canteen facilities also

Good atmosphere in company but the work pressure too high.i have to work 12 hours daily including weekends.
