1. First of all, the organisation is not an established one. 2. Salary won't be paid on time, if you didn't ask. They will pay with one or two month due. 3. There is not even a minimum job guarantee. 4. Especially if your'e a civil engineer, please don't go for a job there, because owner have no idea about civil engineering neither architecture, he will underestimate our work potential and finds a reason to terminate immediately. 5. Owner seems not capable of managing a company and employees. 6. Their work timing exceeds human potential, 9am to 8-9pm, sometimes over 9pm & even overnights sometimes. Monday to saturday, no govt. holidays. 7. They'll ask you to work even on sundays. 8. Owner is Fraud.
