* premkumar he is a hitler in SPS transformer * esakkimuthu design mechanical he can't understand our words or thought or ideas he is a old person he want to try satisfy management not work *increment we can expect 4k for manager level

Dislikes

Management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but no career growth. There is a probhitionary period of 6 month but they won't confirm even after 1 year. No job security.

I liked interacting with people from different cultures and I learned a lot. I had a lot of work to do in the camp.i was teaching young ones English and the adults. I was also working with the st Vincent de Paul who helped in May way to donate food staff and clothes. my experience was enjoyable.

Dislikes

I liked working with SPS only that my contract terminated. SPS I a missionary congregation for Catholic priests.
