In my opinion, senior label company employees should have a medical insurance policy since junior label company employees have ESI, but senior label company employees do not have it. It is essential for senior label employees, in my opinion.

I had got a great work expiernce and great cooperation of my co workers. SPS group is a prestige group of steel Industries. I learned so many things there. My seniors were satisfied from my work.

Dislikes

Only one thing I dislike that I became store incharge during my last year of job. But in documents I was only a store keeper.
