Office politics, on which base people are shuffled and put into different teams is not known, very meagre salary, target based system, some teams have less work always, while some just doing donkey work, from breakfast to lunch everything is too costly in office area or of very low quality. So location not feasible

Dislikes

Compensation is an issue No growth - mostly focus on lateral growth which may increase your work but not your pay Opportunities come once in a blue moon and the most undeserving person would get it They ask you to work as a backup for some position for months and when there is an actual position for it, they will give it to someone else leaving you with an embarrassing impression on your colleagues (since you worked like a donkey for it and did not end up getting it) The HR managers are sick and have no clue about policies, they take decisions based on their poor knowledge and lack professionalism to great extent The managers need a lot of grooming on managerial skills, they lack basic professionalism and they never have a straight answer to your concerns The employees are mostly freshers so are easy to deal with for all wrong policies The yearly appraisal is a joke for them, they won't give a hike saying the inflow would last in backlogs for 6 months in a year so it is hard to understand that if there is more work how the company is running in loss?

The salary and the growth still remains a major concern for people who serve more and contribute more. Hike is not really good, no good incentives, work pressure is increasing.

Salary is always on time, work can be easily managed between 9 to 5 (not too many overtimes).

Dislikes

Work life balance difficult due to the wfh policy, the medical writing department runs in an autocratic manner, no freedom of expression, the associates are under constant fear- managers tell them "Shape up or ship out". HR is hand in glove with management and will not listen to any of your genuine concerns.
